Privacy Policy

We keep three categories of personal information:

• Account & order data — your name, shipping address, phone number, and email when you place an order or create an account.
• Payment data — handled by our payment partners. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — anonymous page views, referrer, and rough device type, used to understand what is working on the site.

We use what you give us only for the reason you gave it. Order data ships your parcel and lets us answer questions about it. Account data lets you see your past orders. Usage data tells us which pages people actually read so we can fix the ones they do not.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not rent it. We do not feed it to ad networks for retargeting elsewhere on the web.

A small number of service providers help us run the shop. Each of them only sees the slice of data they need:

• Our hosting and database provider, to store the data.
• Couriers, to deliver your parcel — name, address, phone.
• Payment processors, for the transaction itself.
• Our email provider, only when we are sending an order update or a reply you asked for.

We pick partners with their own privacy commitments and we share the minimum the job requires.

We keep order records for as long as tax and consumer-rights law in Pakistan requires — typically six years. Account data stays until you ask us to delete it. Anonymous usage data is aggregated after 90 days and is no longer linked to a person.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete what is not legally required to keep. Email privacy@threadmagiccreations.com and we will reply within 14 days.

You can also opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Thread Magic Creations does not knowingly sell to people under 13, and we do not collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has placed an order, write to us and we will cancel it and delete the record.

When we change how we handle data we update this page and bump the date at the top. If a change is material — for example, a new category of partner or a new region we ship to — we will email registered customers at least 30 days before it takes effect.
