These terms apply when you visit threadmagiccreations.com or place an order with us. By using the site you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to us before you order.
Adding an item to your cart and submitting a checkout does not create a binding contract. We confirm and accept the order when we send the order-confirmed email. Until that point, we may cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if a price was listed incorrectly or a piece is no longer available.
Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and WhatsApp-confirmed orders.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to put the order on hold and contact you for a working payment method before we ship.
Every piece is made by hand. Two flowers from the same pattern will not be identical — small differences in petal curl, knot tension, and shade are part of the work, not faults. Photos on the site are representative, not exact.
Orders ship within 3–7 working days from our Lahore studio, unless the listing says otherwise. Delivery times outside that are quoted per piece. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery is on their schedule — we will share the tracking number and follow up with the courier on your behalf if a parcel goes quiet.
Orders over PKR 3,000 ship free inside Pakistan. Below that, a flat PKR 200 covers postage and packaging.
You may return an unworn, undamaged piece in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the item price (postage is non-refundable). Custom and made-to-order pieces — including bridal bouquets — are non-returnable once production begins.
If a piece arrives damaged or different from the listing, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund in full.
Photographs, text, designs, and patterns on this site belong to Thread Magic Creations. You may share product photos with credit; you may not republish patterns, listing copy, or marketing images for commercial use without written permission.
We do our best to describe each piece accurately and to ship what we listed, but we cannot be liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, missed events caused by courier delay outside our control. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it.
We may revise these terms when we change how we sell or ship. The version dated above is the one in force. Material changes are highlighted on this page for at least 30 days before they take effect.
